Ready for a credential?

America’s Credit Unions offers the Certified Credit Union Supervisory Committee Member (CCUSC) designation — a recorded, self-paced eSchool covering auditing, risk management, and governance, with an exam built into each module. It now incorporates what used to be a separate NAFCU supervisory committee training certificate, and it’s recertified every three years by attending a qualifying America’s Credit Unions event. If you want a credential behind your name and a structured curriculum rather than a self-serve primer, this is the established path.

Live training

Most state credit union leagues and associations run supervisory-committee-specific workshops and sessions, often as part of a broader annual conference. These vary a lot by state — check your own state league’s events calendar directly rather than relying on a link here, since the specifics (and the league itself) differ depending on where your credit union is chartered.
